Work With Me
Private yoga and meditation to support for real life.
Twisted Times Yoga offers personalized yoga and meditation sessions for people who want a practice that feels grounded, reflective, and connected to real life.
This work is not about fixing or changing who you are.
It is about learning to notice how you move through your experiences — and creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Private sessions are a place to slow down, reflect, and explore that more intentionally.
Private Yoga & Meditation Session
Every journey is unique, and yours begins with choice.
Before we meet, you may complete a short intake form or schedule a complimentary introductory call. Both are optional and designed to help me understand your intentions, preferences, and needs.
Each session is personalized to support where you are. Depending on what feels most helpful, we may explore gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, reflection, journaling, or grounding practices you can return to in everyday life.
This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure, performance, or needing to have it all figured out.
This may support you if you are:
Moving through change, uncertainty, stress, or transition
Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected
Wanting to begin or return to a personal yoga or meditation practice
Looking for something more personal than a general class
Curious about yoga beyond the mat
Seeking grounding tools you can use in everyday life
What a session may include
Each private session is shaped around your needs, energy, and current season of life.
Your session may include:
Gentle yoga or mindful movement
Breathwork or grounding practices
Guided meditation, visualization, mantra, or silence
Reflection or journaling prompts
Nervous system support
A simple practice to continue afterward
Sessions are offered virtually through Zoom, so you can practice from a space where you feel comfortable.
Meet Trish
I’ve traveled in search of yoga — from the ashrams of India and the jungles of Costa Rica to the healing temples and vibrant yoga scene of Bali, as well as studios across the U.S.
During my time as a teacher, I used extended breaks to immerse myself in yoga communities, study with different teachers, and experience diverse traditions firsthand. I also spent time as a digital nomad within the U.S., which helped me understand yoga as a practice that can travel with us through different places, seasons, and versions of ourselves.
My practice has moved through Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Vinyasa, meditation, breathwork, visualization, and reflective practice.
I also bring over a decade of experience as a special education teacher, which shapes the way I guide: with patience, adaptability, humor, and the belief that people should be met exactly where they are.
This Space Is for You to:
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, calm, or certain.
You only need a willingness to begin where you are.
Your session is not about becoming someone else. It is about creating space to listen inward, feel supported, and return to yourself.
