About Trish Uzquiano I’ve traveled the world in search of yoga, from the ashrams of India and the jungles of Costa Rica to the healing temples and vibrant yoga scene of Bali, as well as top studios across the U.S. My path has carried me through Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, and Vinyasa, and ultimately into the depths of meditation. Today, I bring a globally informed, deeply personal approach — blending ancient traditions with modern methods to create transformative experiences for my clients.
