These 1:1 sessions are thoughtfully designed to support your unique needs — whether you’re seeking stillness, clarity, emotional release, or spiritual connection. Each class blends gentle movement and guided meditation, drawing from ancient yogic traditions and modern mindfulness practices.
What's Included
Before your first session, we’ll schedule a separate 10-minute Zoom meet & greet to get to know one another. You’ll also complete a short intake form so I can understand your goals, preferences, and any areas needing support. This intentional beginning ensures each session meets you exactly where you are.
Your 50-minute custom session will include:

Gentle yoga to move and awaken energy in the body

Breathwork, visualization, or mantra (as needed)

A guided meditation tailored to your current emotional, physical, or spiritual state
All sessions are offered via Zoom.
Meet Your Guide
I'm Trish Uzquiano — a certified yoga instructor and career special education teacher with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals across public, private, and therapeutic settings.
While I've trained in various styles of yoga around the world — from India to Costa Rica — meditation is my true specialty. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern mindfulness and is grounded in a deep respect for how people learn, heal, and grow.
