Welcome! Jade is a yoga teacher, fledgling gardener, fitness enthusiast and adventurer. Her teaching style is primarily a slower, vinyasa-based practice focused on creating a safe space for all kinds of individuals. She deeply believes that everyone should have access to yoga, and a space where they can explore this practice in the best way for them. Yoga has provided support to Jade during incredibly difficult times, which is what inspired me to become a teacher and share this beautiful practice with others. In her free time, you can find her curled up with a cup of tea and a good book, eating delicious foods or watering her indoor plant babies!
