Ask me about: digital nomad life
Trish started yoga as another workout routine, but the practice slowly sparked a lifestyle change. She believes meditation heals the mind and the physical practice heals the body. Trish takes a slow and steady approach to yoga. Her classes incorporate breathwork, meditation, fluid movement, long holds, and crystal singing bowls.
Trish is a ten-year special education teacher specializing in behavior disorders. She has a bachelor's in criminal justice, a master's in special education, and principal certification. She obtained yoga certification in the jungle of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. During her time in the jungle, she lived in a treehouse, meditated with horses, and assimilated with a tribe of howler monkeys.
Trish works as a virtual special education teacher. She lives as a digital nomad traveling with her pup. She is the founder and executive director of Twisted Times Yoga. She was inspired by one of her former students.

Eric began his yoga journey in 2015 – initially focused on recovery and injury prevention for other athletics, the mental and emotional elements of yoga outside of just the physical poses kept him coming back and soon had him hooked. In Spring 2021, he attended a 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica. His goal as a teacher is to help students be at peace with their bodies while still challenging themselves physically and mentally in ways that can be applied off the mat. He strives to create classes that are dynamic, fun, and keep students coming back for more.

Himanshi is trauma-informed indian yoga educator who resides on the ancestral land of Coast Salish People (Vancouver, BC). Yoga for her goes beyond asanas wherein she looks at yoga as a process of self-transformation. Her purpose is to help people gain a better understanding of oneself by working on body, mind, senses and beliefs. She is committed to sharing the ancient yogic wisdom with a trauma-sensitive approach and to holding the space for herself and those impacted by trauma. Her asana (yoga postures) classes focus on using the breath to build a connection back to the body. The classes progress slowly by integrating choice-based practice, providing options, and invitational language.

I am a certified yoga teacher, and a health & wellness coach. When I’m not studying, working, or cooking, I’m usually boon-docking in my camper bus, jamming to some funky tunes, hiking, and enjoying the simple life. In my yoga classes, I like to incorporate breathwork into a short meditation, a short yoga flow, and leave time for prompted journaling at the end.

After about a decade of practicing, in 2019 Arlee (she/her/hers) completed her 200 hour training in Arlington, MA through Wonder Yoga (RYS). She approaches yoga with the idea that the "fullest expression of the pose" is the expression that feels right in your body, not the one in the books. Our bodies are all unique and we need to treat them that way! In 2022 she committed to making yoga more accessible by deepening her knowledge & certifications in niches such as yin yoga, chair yoga, and restorative yoga. Her classes are led from a trauma-informed perspective with room for introspection and connection to self, while weaving in the 8 limbs of yoga and Ayurvedic principles. She is currently organizing in-person free dharma meet ups in the Denver area, she works with her partner to run Water Bound Wellness - a local to Colorado group for community hikes and mindfulness, and is always available to connect with students via Instagram if they have questions about their practice or studies. Arlee looks forward to practicing with you and like-minded individuals who are interested in growth!

I have always had an interest in the well-being of Mind, Body, and Spirit and I started practicing Yoga in 2020 and instantly fell in love with it.
Over the past year, my Yoga practice has become more of a lifestyle that involves daily meditation, Pranayama, and Asana along the lines of Patanjali's 8 Limbs.
I love being outside in nature and encourage people to be barefoot where possible – to get some grounding and connection with the Earth.
I recently completed my 200 HR YTT and I am now working on my 300 HR as well as my 100 HR Yin.
Now, my Yoga classes incorporate the Chakras allowing people to feel grounded, independent, confident, peaceful, healed, and recognize wisdom and connection.
My favorite styles are Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin.
