12 Days of Christmas Ladder Flow (44 minutes)

Join Stride and Edge Yoga for a festive, Christmas-themed class (Santa hat optional!) featuring the 12 Days of Christmas Ladder Flow. In this class, you'll begin with one pose (Day 1) and continue adding a new pose with each round, building up to a full 12-pose sequence by the end. The repetitive nature of a ladder flow allows you to completely lose yourself in the rhythm of the movements. This class will strengthen and open your entire body, leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to embrace the Christmas festivities!

Flow Into Christmas (15 minutes)

Sacred Lotus Yoga is excited to guide you through a special, festive yoga flow sequence. This is the first of a two-part Christmas special, designed to immerse you in all the goodness that yoga has to offer for both body and mind. Get ready to feel uplifted, centered, and in the perfect holiday spirit!

Winter Solstice Yin Yoga and Addifrmations (60 minutes)

Join Kassandra Rhinehart for an hour-long full-body yin yoga class to honor the Winter Solstice. This all-levels practice will deeply stretch the body while promoting relaxation and rest. Each pose will be paired with an affirmation from Kassandra's I Radiate Joy affirmation card deck.

Please have two yoga blocks (or alternatives like pillows, cushions, or thick blankets) on hand. The session includes poses like straddle, half saddle, shoelace, sphinx, and reclined twist. The class begins with a special appearance by Kassandra’s foster cat, Maggie.

The Winter Solstice is a time of paradox, marking the longest night of the year while signaling the return of light. It’s a time to pause and embrace rest, rather than overexertion. Winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and conserve energy, allowing us to honor both the darkness and the gradual return of sunlight as we move toward Spring.

Winter is a season for self-care—resting, saying no, and tuning into what we truly need. Just as flowers don’t bloom year-round, neither should we. Winter offers an opportunity to reduce the usual pressures and stresses of daily life, creating space for hibernation, healing, and renewal.

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice falls around December 21–22 each year, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it occurs around June 20–21.
