Twisted Times Yoga was inspired by a 15-year-old who struggled with weight and body image. Like many others, her lack of self-esteem made it unlikely that she would ever enter a fitness studio. She hesitantly accepted an invitation to a virtual yoga class, which led to many more. She is developing a love for the practice and herself.
We are a team of global instructors offering a variety of classes. All levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged. Join us for free virtual yoga classes from the security of your comfort zone, wherever that may be. Stream classes from a computer or mobile device. We will connect to the breath, listen to the body, and still the mind. Twisted Times Yoga is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit committed to spreading global wellness by making yoga free and accessible.
